My name is Gabrielle Suarez

I’m here to invite you to take a deeper exhale.

I started my massage therapist journey at North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork and graduated in late 2019. Since then, my bodywork practice has included integrative massage, myofascial release, assisted breathing/stretching and a trauma informed approach that considers the nervous system and other sensitivities like neurodivergence, chronic pain, and disabilities or differences. My focus is to provide time and space for you to move at a slower pace, to allow for deeper listening allowing your body to find balance and maintain structure. As a detail oriented, results driven practitioner, my massage therapy practice helps facilitate and create room for whatever comes up while you and your body do the healing.

I’m passionate about emotional wellness, energy work, nature, herbalism, roses, and finding roots within community. I aspire to be a calming, safe and grounding presence for all.

Care and healing have always been my life’s calling. My greatest desire is to lead you towards your own strength, flexibility and freedom.
